Building Communities That Help People Rise
His conviction is rooted in his own family story. Mitch’s mother spent her childhood bouncing between foster homes, group homes, and unstable living situations. Everything changed when she finally received consistent, safe housing, and her entire life began to flourish. That transformation shaped Mitch’s understanding of what stability can do for a person’s identity, confidence, and future.
Years later, during his time in policing, he saw the same pattern: people often weren’t struggling because they lacked willpower. They were struggling because they lacked stability. When someone had safe housing, structure, and community, everything else became possible. When they didn’t, even the strongest intentions could unravel.
Today, Mitch is committed to developing sober living and recovery focused homes that feel like real neighborhoods, not institutions. His projects are built with long term stewardship in mind: financially responsible, operationally sound, and grounded in respect for every individual who walks through the door.
He partners with value aligned investors and operators across the U.S., creating environments where people can rebuild their lives with dignity, support, and a stable foundation. Faith and family guide his decisions, and his mission remains clear: build communities that help people rise.
